This normalizes all of the "See also" blocks in comments so that they conform in style. They all look like this now: /// See also: /// /// * [MyFavoriteWidget], because it's cool. class Foo {} I removed some useless "See also" blocks, and added commentary to ones that were just "bare" references. This is my penance for adding so many bullets that are "-" instead of "*". :-)

* Update project.pbxproj files to say Flutter rather than Chromium Also, the templates now have an empty organization so that we don't cause people to give their apps a Flutter copyright. * Update the copyright notice checker to require a standard notice on all files * Update copyrights on Dart files. (This was a mechanical commit.) * Fix weird license headers on Dart files that deviate from our conventions; relicense Shrine. Some were already marked "The Flutter Authors", not clear why. Their dates have been normalized. Some were missing the blank line after the license. Some were randomly different in trivial ways for no apparent reason (e.g. missing the trailing period). * Clean up the copyrights in non-Dart files. (Manual edits.) Also, make sure templates don't have copyrights. * Fix some more ORGANIZATIONNAMEs

* Updated the BottomAppBar to use elevation overlays when a dark theme is used. * Moved the code for calculating the overlay color to a new utility ElevationOverlay class and made it private by not including in the material package.

The Material Dark Theme spec has been updated (or soon will be) to clarify that the elevation overlay that is applied to surface colors to indicate elevation should be based off of the colorScheme.onSurface color and not white. This commit implements this change.

I noticed that we were pretty inconsistent with the way that we checked the value of clipBehavior in the framework, so I normalized the usages and updated docs where necessary. This is a breaking change if you used to pass null explicitly to FlatButton, OutlineButton or RaisedButton constructors, expecting to get Clip.none. It will now assert if you do that. Existing implementations that pass null implicitly by not specifying clipBehavior won't need to change their call sites. It always implicitly defaulted to Clip.none before, and it will continue to do that, it's only places where it was explicitly set to null in order to get the implicit default that it will fail.

Added support for a semi-transparent white overlay color for `Material` widgets to indicate their elevation in a dart theme. A new `ThemeData.applyElevationOverlayColor` flag was added to control this behavior, which is off by default for backwards compatibility reasons.

Add Material/Card borderOnForeground flag to allow border to be painted behind the child widget (#27297) In certain situations, a developer may require the border of a Material to be painted behind its child. For example a Card widget that has a full width image across the top half. In that scenario, the image should ideally be painted above the border with regards to z-position. This change exposes a flag on Material widget to achieve this behavior. Additionally, the same flag is exposed on Card widget to allow the Card widget to pass this down to its Material. I added a couple golden tests to verify this new behavior. Goldens are here: https://github.com/flutter/goldens/commit/46a3d26acbb1b0d72b6b02c30f03b9dbda7d5bdf

See details in our proposal for this breaking API change and #18057. This PR setup all code paths to allow the change but doesn't change the clip behavior by itself. We'll change `defaultClipBehavior` from `Clip.antiAlias` to `Clip.none` in the following PR to change the clip behavior and update tests.
