Create an InkSparkle effect that matches the Material 3 ripple on Android 12. Similar to InkRipple, but uses the new custom shader API.

Just a docs change for a broken tool snippet.

This reverts commit a7c85996.

Fixes a typo mutidex to multidex in a console hint to the user.

Also added the Card tokens to the exported list.
