Add Diagnosticable base class and documentation

It has recently come to light that we may have been ordering saveLayer
calls and clip calls incorrectly.

It was 8.0. It's now arbitrarily 18.0.

Changing this required adjusting some tests. Adjusting the tests
required debugging the tests. Debugging the tests required some tools
to help debugging gesture recognizers and gesture arenas, so I added
some. It also required updating some toString() methods which resulted
in some changes to the tree diagnostics logic.

Also I cleaned up some docs while I was at it.

Refactor RenderObject.toStringDeep and Widget.toStringDeep code to use DiagnosticsNode.

* Manually fix every use of Point.x and Point.y

Some of these were moved to dx/dy, but not all.

* Manually convert uses of the old gradient API

* Remove old reference to Point.

This patch prepares us to remove InputValue in favor of TextEditingValue.

This machinery is useful for arbitrary boxes (e.g., with FittedBox).

Skia calls this BlendMode now and that's a better name.

This commit renames all debugAssertValid methods to
debugAssertIsValid and assert BoxConstaints validity in
constructors. Fixes #5807.

Some tweaks to the logo widget:

* remove bad assert
* allow text color to be configured
* make logo pretty in dark mode in gallery
* fix some docs

Instead of a PNG, the Flutter gallery widget is now drawn in code.

There's now a FlutterLogoDecoration class that paints the flutter logo
anywhere you can use a Decoration (e.g. AnimatedContainer).

There's now a FlutterLogo class that honors the IconTheme.

The About dialog box API now takes a Widget for the applicationIcon,
instead of an ImageProvider. It uses IconTheme to make the icon the
right size instead of using an Image widget.

Add padding, duration, and curve properties to the DrawerHeader.
Make the child of a DrawerHeader optional.

Clean up UserAccuntsDrawerHeader a bit.

Add some useful properties and methods to EdgeInsets.

Add some debug logic to RenderDecoratedBox to catch unpaired
save/restore calls when possible.

Make GestureDetector fill its parent if it has no children. Fixes
