fuchsia_tester.dart still assumes Dart 1. Previously, it ran tests directly from source, flutter_platform.dart automatically runs a kernel compile when operating in Dart 2 mode, but this assumes a functional Dart SDK is available in the artifacts directly, and fuchsia_tester.dart mocks out the artifacts directory with an empty temp dir. Remaining work is: 1. Get the frontend server building as a dependency on Fuchsia. 2. Patch fuchsia_tester.dart to use a valid Dart SDK and frontend server. This also reverts migration to Dart 2 typedef syntax. This reverts commit 6c56bb24. (#18362) This reverts commit 3daebd05. (#18316)

Now that Dart 1 is turned off, reapplying my change to turn on the prefer_generic_function_type_aliases analysis option, and fix all the typedefs to Dart 2 preferred syntax. Also eliminated the unused analysis_options_repo.yaml file and turned on public_member_api_docs in analysys_options.yaml. No logic changes, just changing the typedef syntax for all typedefs, and updating analysis options.

UnconstrainedBox will allow its child to size itself as if it had no constraints, and then attempt to fit around that object, until its own constraints are exceeded, in which case it will clip and display an overflow warning. I also factored out DebugOverflowIndicator, which will draw overflow indicators on containers which overflow but aren't expected to.

Also: * Provide a better message when you lerp from infinity to finity constraints. * Make the striped marker support RTL. * By popular demand, dump a warning to the console the first time a particular Flex overflows. (Resets on hot reload.)

* Introduce a Directionality inherited widget which sets the ambient LTR vs RTL mode (defaulting to null, which means you cannot use directionality-influenced values). * Make it possible to configure Padding (including Container.padding and Container.margin) using a directionality-agnostic EdgeInsets variant. * Provide textDirection and verticalDirection controls on Row and Column to make them RTL-aware. * Introduce a variant of FractionalOffset based on the EdgeInsets variant. Not yet actually used. * Fix all the tests that depended on Row defaulting to LTR.

Minor fixes throughout, e.g. removing trailing commas from the end of sample code expressions, changing headings to "sample code" more consistently, removing stale todos, fix typos in a private method name, minor grammar fixes, added some clarifications to CircularProgressIndicator, LinearProgressIndicator, CrossAxisAlignment, added some cross-references to various members, made it slightly clearer that layout algorithms are implementation details. Clarified "elevation" throughout. Added docs to InkResponse and InkWell. Added sample code for: SliverAppBar, Card, ListTile, EdgeInsets, Row, Column, CustomScrollView, ListView, SliverFixedExtentList, and SliverGrid. Fixes #10317. Fixes #10316. Fixes #10267. This property now applies only to the free space in the flex layout (i.e., minimize or maximize the amount of free space). Previously, the flexible children were always allocated a size of zero when MainAxisSize was min. Now they're allocated the same size that would be if the MainAxisSize was max.

Previously, flexible children were always required to fill their allocated space. After this change, they can fit loosely into that space and not fill it. When that happens, the remaining free space is allocated according to the maixAxisAlignment. Fixes #5858
