Fixed types for `_getNewServiceWorker` and `_waitForServiceWorkerActivation` functions.  
These functions currently expect a Promise as an argument, but we're actually passing in an already resolved value:
```js
.then(this._getNewServiceWorker)
.then(this._waitForServiceWorkerActivation);
```
